Section 45-17-80 Public law library; librarian and advisory committee; personnel; law library
fund; fee. (a) The governing body of Colbert County, Alabama, by whatever name called, is
hereby authorized to establish and maintain a public law library in the county, and to accomplish
that purpose, may from time to time, expend such public funds of the county, as are not required
by law to be expended for any other purpose or purposes, to provide suitable housing quarters,
furniture, fixtures, and equipment therefor, to keep the same in a good state of maintenance

Section 23-2-153 Exemptions from levy, charge, assessment, collection, etc., of certain taxes;
certificate of exemption. (a) The exercise of the powers granted by this article shall be
in all respects for the benefit of the people of the state, for the increase of their commerce

Section 11-49B-22 Taxes; exemptions; reporting credit sales; lien security; state sales tax

Section 41-10-44.6 Project obligations generally. (a) Issuance of project obligations. The
authority is authorized and empowered to issue its project obligations from time to time for
the purpose of financing one or more projects in such aggregate principal amount as the board
of directors shall determine to be necessary to provide for all or a portion of the project
