Section 45-49A-80 City council districts. (a) The Judge of Probate of Mobile County
shall divide the City of Prichard into five districts which shall be homogeneous in area and
nearly equal in population, with the number of persons residing in each district, according
to the last federal census, not to vary by over five percent. (b) The boundaries as established
by the judge of probate shall be certified to the Prichard City Council and shall be used
by the council for the election of the members of the city council in the 1980 municipal election
and for all council elections thereafter. (c) The City Council of the City of Prichard shall

Section 45-25-100 Election of members. (a) The DeKalb County Board of Education shall
consist of five members, each elected from a separate single-member district, nominated and
elected by the qualified electors of the district. The members shall take office as provided

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement
and administration; penalties; exclusive nature of tax. (a) Levy. In addition to the excise
tax levied by Article 5A of Chapter 3 of this title and the licenses provided for by Chapter

a privilege or excise tax on every person licensed under the provisions of Chapter 3A who

Section 45-37A-150.01 Establishment of districts. (a) The City Council of the City of
Fairfield, may, not less than six months prior to the next regular general municipal election
in 1992, by ordinance adopted by a majority of the membership of the council, divide the municipality

of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county

Section 11-43B-16 Redistricting of boundaries after publication of census or change
in corporate limits. After the publication of a federal census of population or a substantial
