Section 45-49A-65.01 Terms; vacancies. Members of the board first shall be appointed as follows:
The members from Municipal Park Baseball, Inc., Springhill-Forest Hill Youth A.A., Inc., Southern
Little League, and Colts Youth Athletic Association for a term of one year; the members from
Springhill Baseball, Inc., Cottage Hill Athletic Association, Inc., Navco Athletic Association,
Mims Park Youth Athletic Association, Inc., and Cottage Hill Little League, Inc. for a term
of two years; the members from Skycrest Babe Ruth, Inc., Skyline Little League, Inc., Ranger

City Youth Athletic Board, hereinafter referred to as the board. Each of the below-listed

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement
and administration; penalties; exclusive nature of tax. (a) Levy. In addition to the excise
tax levied by Article 5A of Chapter 3 of this title and the licenses provided for by Chapter
3A of this title and by Section 28-3-194, and any acts amendatory thereof, supplementary thereto
or substituted therefor, and municipal and county licenses, there is hereby levied a privilege
or excise tax on every person licensed under the provisions of Chapter 3A who sells, stores,
or receives for the purpose of distribution, to any person, firm, corporation, club, or association
within the State of Alabama any beer. The tax levied hereby shall be measured by and graduated
in accordance with the volume of sales by such person of beer, and shall be an amount equal

Section 34-40-5 Requirements for license; application; fees. (a) Any person seeking licensure
as an athletic trainer shall be a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen of the
United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate documentation
from the federal government, and meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) Satisfactory
completion of all of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Board of Certification,
Inc., qualifications and certification as an athletic trainer in good standing by the National
Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification, Inc. (2) Licensure by reciprocity.
The board shall grant, without examination, licensure to any qualified trainer holding a license
certificate or registration in another state if that state maintains licensure qualifications

Section 45-49-31.05 Funding. The tax proceeds distributed to Mobile County pursuant to Article
10, commencing with Section 28-3-280, of Chapter 3, Title 28, shall be transferred by the
county treasurer to the Mobile County Youth Athletic Board to be deposited as provided in
Section 45-49-31.02. On or before May 10 of each year, each association shall submit to the
board a list of registrants with a request for an appropriation in the amount of fifteen dollars
($15) per registrant. At the time of submission of such request, each association shall also
submit to the board, a check in the amount of 15 percent of their per capita appropriation
request. During the month of April of each year, the secretary-treasurer of the board is authorized
to distribute to each association which is a member of the board, fifteen dollars ($15) for
each participant which they have registered in accordance with Section 45-49-31.04 and the

Section 45-42-163 Distribution of payments. Upon receipt by Limestone County of funds pursuant
to Chapter 28, Title 40, as amended, Limestone County, within a reasonable time thereafter,
