Section 45-49A-64.13 Cooperation; aid from other public bodies. For the purpose of securing public transportation or aiding or cooperating with the authority in the planning, development, undertaking, construction, acquisition, extension, improvement, operation, or protection of transit systems, any county, municipality, or other political subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of this state, upon such terms and with or without consideration, as it may determine may do all of the following: (1) Lend or donate money to, or perform services for the benefit of, the authority. Section 11-50A-9 Issuance of bonds; prerequisites; procedure; provisions; execution; bond resolution covenants. (a) The authority shall, prior to the adoption by the board of a resolution authorizing the issuance of any bonds, enter into one or more contracts with two or more municipalities which are authorized to contract with the authority pursuant to Section 11-50A-17. Section 41-10-755 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time to time to sell and issue its bonds for the purpose of providing funds to be transferred to and deposited in the Alabama Trust Fund and the Rainy Day Account, to provide additional funds to the Alabama Medicaid Agency, for paying the costs of transportation projects, and for the purpose of refunding any or all of the authority's outstanding bonds.
