Section 34-27-66 Examination and license requirements; issuance and renewal of license; inactive status; change of address. (a) Any person desiring to act as a seller of vacation time-sharing plans shall file with the commission a written application upon such form as the commission shall designate and shall pass to the satisfaction of the commission the examination hereinafter prescribed. (b) Prerequisites for taking the vacation time-sharing sales examination are as follows: (1) Evidence satisfactory to the commission that the applicant bears a good reputation for honesty and truthfulness. (a) No later than May 24, 2001, each owner or operator of a drycleaning facility located in this state who shall notify the department that it elects to be covered by this chapter shall also register each drycleaning facility owned or operated in the state by such owner or operator with the department on forms provided by the department. Section 27-31A-3.1 Risk retention groups to comply with governance standards. (a) By January 1, 2016, existing risk retention groups shall be in compliance with the governance standards set forth in this section. New risk retention groups shall be in compliance with these standards at the time of licensure.
