Section 32-6-431 Distribution of proceeds. (a) The net proceeds of the additional revenues
generated by the fifty dollar ($50) fee, less administrative costs, including the cost of
production of the "Cahawba-First Capitol" tags or plates, shall be distributed by
the judge of probate or license commissioner to the Alabama Department of Revenue who shall
distribute the proceeds to the Cahawba Advisory Committee. The Cahawba Advisory Committee
shall use these funds for continued efforts to develop and promote the Old Cahawba Capitol
Site pursuant to Section 41-9-252. (b) The net proceeds from the additional revenues generated
