Section 11-49A-8 Powers of authority. The authority shall have the following powers, together
with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form:
(1) To have succession by its corporate name for the duration of time (which may be perpetual,
subject to the provisions of Section 11-49A-20) specified in its certificate of incorporation;
(2) To sue and be sued in its own name in civil suits and actions and to defend suits against
it; (3) To adopt and make use of a corporate seal and to alter the same at pleasure; (4) To
adopt and alter bylaws for the regulation and conduct of its affairs and business; (5) To

Section 11-65-36 Application of net commission revenues. All commission horse wagering fees,
commission greyhound wagering fees, and other fees, commissions, and moneys, including fines
and forfeitures, to which a commission shall be entitled under the provisions of this chapter

Section 24-4A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings

Section 45-34-82.07 Costs and fees. (a) An applicant shall be assessed a fee when the applicant
is approved for the program. The amount of the assessment for participation in the program
shall be in addition to any court costs and assessments for victims or drug, alcohol, or anger
management treatment required by law, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment,
and restitution for which the person may be responsible. Pretrial diversion program fees as
