Section 45-49-91.20 Application of other provisions. Wherever the regulations made under authority
of this part require a greater width or size of yards, or open spaces, or require a lower
height of buildings, or require a greater percentage of a lot to be left unoccupied, or impose
other higher standards than are required in any other federal, state, or local statute or
like ordinance or regulation, the regulations made pursuant to this part shall govern. Wherever

Section 8-20-4 Unfair and deceptive trade practices. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions,
or conditions of any dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver,

Section 9-16-90 Environmental protection performance standards. (a) Any permit issued pursuant
to this article to conduct surface mining operations shall require that such surface coal
mining operations will meet all applicable performance standards of this article, and such
other requirements as the regulatory authority shall promulgate. (b) General performance standards

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby
agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation

Section 41-14A-5 Collateral for public deposits; general provisions. (a) Every qualified public
depository shall maintain on deposit with a custodian, to be held subject to the order of
the State Treasurer or the State Treasurer's designee (which may be a financial institution
designated by the State Treasurer), eligible collateral having a market value equal to or
