Section 45-49-85.41 General administrator. Upon the effective date of the repeal of Act 3, 1890 Regular Session, and Act 91-373, 1991 Regular Session, the Mobile County Commission may appropriate funds, not to exceed six thousand dollars ($6,000) annually, from the county general fund in the annual budget of the judge of probate for the following expenses: (1) Payment of publication costs relating to estates that have no cash assets available to pay the same. Section 10A-30-1.05 Certificate of formation; name of association; dissolution; applicable to professional associations formed prior to January 1, 1984. Prior to January 1, 1984, person or persons may form a professional association by executing and recording the certificate of formation in the office of the judge of probate of the county in which the principal office of the association is located, and must be by the judge recorded in a book kept for that purpose. In addition to all other charges, costs, taxes, or fees levied on the issuance of all driver's licenses, the Coosa County Commission may provide for an additional issuance fee of one dollar ($1) to be assessed and collected on all driver's licenses issued and renewed in the county. Section 11-3-4 Reimbursement of travel expenses of commissioners. Each member of the county commission, including the judge of probate when he or she serves as chair of the county commission shall be entitled to reimbursement of all actual travel expenses, other than mileage, and mileage at the mileage rate allowed by the Internal Revenue Code for income tax deduction while traveling in his or her personal vehicle within or outside of the county, in performing the duties of the office of county commissioner. (a) In all juvenile cases, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Coffee County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. The fee, when collected, shall be distributed monthly to the Solicitor's Fund or District Attorney's Fund in the county or to the fund that may be hereafter prescribed by law for the solicitor's fee.
