Section 16-26A-4 Board of directors generally. (a) There is hereby created a board of directors
for the school, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "board." The board shall

Section 34-1-14 Hearings; judicial review. (a) Commencement of proceeding. The board may initiate
proceedings under this chapter either on its own motion or on the complaint of any person.
(b) Notice; service and contents. A written notice stating the nature of the charge or charges
against the accused and the time and place of the hearing before the board on such charges
shall be served on the accused not less than 30 days prior to the date of said hearing either

authority; authority to issue regulations. (1) In addition to all other recordkeeping requirements

Section 41-9-682 Function and powers generally. (a) It shall be the function and main purpose
of the board to honor those, living or dead, who, by achievement or service, have made outstanding
and lasting contributions to music in Alabama or elsewhere. The board may adopt such rules,

Section 28-3A-23 Regulation of grant of licenses. (a) No license prescribed in this code shall
be issued or renewed until the provisions of this code have been complied with and the filing
and license fees other than those levied by a municipality are paid to the board. (b) Licenses

the establishment of a county law library under the provisions of this chapter each county
shall have and maintain a separate fund known as the County Law Library Fund and may have
a separate law library fund for each law library in the county. The county law library funds

Section 45-34-81.01 Law Library Fund; maintenance of facilities. (a) In Henry County, all fees
imposed by the circuit court and the district court, pursuant to Section 11-25-9, shall be
paid into the County Treasury of Henry County to be used and expended as follows: (1) Any
