Section 45-49-91.10 Administrative office; funding. For the purpose of carrying out the objectives of this part, the board may establish an administrative office to provide administrative and technical support for the board. The administrative office shall provide services to the board. (a) The PACT Program is established as one college savings alternative under the plan whereby purchasers enter into PACT contracts for the future payment of tuition and mandatory fees at eligible educational institutions.
