Section 32-8-34 Designated agents of department; bond of title service providers. (a) Each
judge of probate, commissioner of licenses, director of revenue, or other county official
in this state authorized and required by law to issue motor vehicle license plates shall by
virtue of his or her office be a designated agent of the department. Judges of probate, commissioners
of licenses, directors of revenue, or other licensing officials may perform their duties under
this chapter either personally or through any of their deputies. (b) Every dealer, as defined
in this chapter, shall be a designated agent of the department. The dealers shall perform

(a) This section shall apply only in Elmore County. (b) The Elmore County Commission shall
appoint and employ a county engineer or chief engineer, who shall be a thoroughly qualified

county official or official as used in this subpart means any county building official or
deputy and any other county official or county employee designated by the county commission

Section 36-25-4.2 State Ethics Commission - State Ethics Law training programs. (a) At the
beginning of each legislative quadrennium, the State Ethics Commission shall provide for and
administer training programs on the State Ethics Law for members of the Legislature, state
constitutional officers, cabinet officers, executive staff, municipal mayors, council members
and commissioners, county commissioners, and lobbyists. (1) The training program for legislators
shall be held at least once at the beginning of each quadrennium for members of the Legislature.
An additional training program shall be held if any changes are made to this chapter, and
