Section 45-49-81 Supplemental salary - Circuit or District Court. In addition to the salaries paid to the bailiffs serving in the Circuit or District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there may also be paid to each of the bailiffs a supplemental salary not to exceed the sum equal to 40 percent of the salary paid to each of the bailiffs by the state.
