Section 45-49-81.25 Supplemental salary - Circuit clerk. In Mobile County in addition to the
salary paid to the Circuit Clerk of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall
also be paid to the circuit clerk a supplemental salary in the sum equal to 25 percent of
the salary paid to the circuit clerk by the State of Alabama. The county supplemental salary
shall be paid out of the general fund of the county in equal installments at the same time
and in the same manner that the salary of other county employees are paid. The local county
