Section 45-49-81.24 Supplemental salary - Confidential secretaries. In addition to the salaries paid to the confidential secretaries serving in the circuit or district courts of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there may also be paid to each of the secretaries a supplemental salary not to exceed the sum equal to 40 percent of the salary paid to each of the secretaries by the state.
