Section 45-11-230.01 Salary. Effective beginning the next term of office after March 16, 2018,
the Sheriff of Chilton County shall receive an annual salary of seventy-five thousand dollars
($75,000) per year payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county
in the same manner as other county employees are paid. The salary provided by this section
shall be in lieu of any other salary previously provided by law, but shall be in addition

Section 45-2-230 Salary and expense allowance. (a) Commencing with the term of office beginning

Section 45-28-230.01 Sheriff. (a) Upon the expiration of the present term of office, the Sheriff
of Etowah County shall receive a total salary of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year.
