Section 41-10-305 Members; officers; directors; quorum; vacancies; salaries and expenses; liability. The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office shall constitute the members of the authority. At the time of initial selection by the commission of the individual citizens to incorporate the authority pursuant to Section 41-10-302, the commission shall designate one of such persons to serve an initial term of two years, one to serve an initial term of four years, and one to serve an initial term of six years. Each succeeding appointment of a member of the authority thereafter shall be for a term of six years. The members shall be eligible to succeed themselves. The members shall select from among themselves a president of the authority, a secretary of the authority and a treasurer of the authority.
