Section 45-49-30.07 Fiscal records; annual audit; bond. (a) Fiscal records shall be kept by the executive director or his or her designee, if applicable, otherwise by the commission chair and shall be subject to annual audit by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts. The audit report shall become a part of the annual report and shall be submitted in accordance with the regulations governing preparation and submission of the annual report. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department.
