Section 41-9-923 Officers, meetings, rules, travel expenses, vacancies, etc. The board shall elect a chair, a vice-chair, and secretary-treasurer from its members for a term of one year and may appoint any committees it considers necessary to carry out its duties pursuant to this article. The board shall meet at least once each year. Additional meetings may be held as prescribed in its rules and by-laws. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business. The secretary-treasurer shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board.
