Section 45-44-231.41 Definitions. Certain terms, as used in this subpart, shall have the following meaning: (1) BOARD. The county rehabilitation board composed of the probate judge, the district attorney, the sheriff, the circuit judge, the superintendent of education, the head of the ministerial conference, the juvenile probation officer, the probation officer, the Chair of the Macon County Commission, the mayors of all towns and cities within Macon County, the president of each public school parent-teacher association, the president of the county civic association, a representative of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and a representative of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Section 45-49-151.17 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees, commissions, taxes, and other monies, including fines and forfeitures, received under this subpart shall be paid to the racing commission and shall be remitted by it to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury to the account of the Mobile County Racing Commission as directed by the racing commission.
