Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CURRENT ADDRESS. A new address different from the address shown on the application or on the certificate of title. The owner, within 30 days after the address is changed from that shown on the application or on the certificate of title, shall notify the department of the change of address in the manner prescribed by the department. (2) DEALER. Section 32-9-20 Schedule of restrictions. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or move on any highway in this state any vehicle or vehicles of a size or weight except in accordance with the following: (1) WIDTH. In Jefferson County, any county planning commission established under Act No. 344, H. 775, 1947 Regular Session (General Acts of 1947, p. 217) or Act No. 581, H. 1012, 1947 Regular Session (General Acts of 1947, p. 404) shall consist of 15 members; three designated and 12 appointed members.
