Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall
have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context
clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CURRENT ADDRESS. A new address different from the
address shown on the application or on the certificate of title. The owner, within 30 days
after the address is changed from that shown on the application or on the certificate of title,
shall notify the department of the change of address in the manner prescribed by the department.

Section 41-4-412 Alabama Construction Industry Craft Training Program; Craft Training
Board. (a) It is the intent of the Legislature to establish and provide for a coordinated
effort between the construction industry and institutions of higher education and other entities,
including, but not limited to, union training programs, to enhance the availability and quality
of programs which promote construction industry craft training and education, and thereby

Section 5-5A-44 Acquisition of majority of voting shares of a bank; procedure. (a) No
person, acting directly or indirectly or through or in concert with one or more persons, may
acquire control of a state bank or of any corporation or other entity having control of a
state bank, unless an application is filed with the superintendent for review of the proposed
transaction and for his or her action, if any, as provided in this section. (b) The
application shall be on a form prescribed by the superintendent and shall be made under oath.

Section 33-5-75 Authority of Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to cancel
certification or to suspend or revoke privilege of operating vessel; procedures. (a) The Commissioner
of Conservation and Natural Resources may cancel any boater safety certification upon determining
that the holder of the certification was not entitled to the issuance or that the holder failed
to give the correct or required information in the application for certification. Upon cancellation
the holder shall surrender the certification cancelled and any duplicate. A holder who refuses
to surrender the certification and any duplicate shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor,

Section 22-27-3 Authority of local governing bodies as waste collections and disposal;
household exemptions; state regulatory program. (a) Generally. (1) The county commission or
municipal governing body may, and is hereby authorized to, make available to the general public
collection and disposal facilities for solid wastes in a manner acceptable to the department.
The county commission or municipal governing body may provide such collection or disposal
services by contract with private or other controlling agencies and may include house-to-house
service or the placement of regularly serviced and controlled bulk refuse receptacles within
