Section 13A-10-200 Possession, distribution, etc., of destructive device or weapon intended to cause injury or destruction. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, transport, or receive or attempt to possess, transport, or receive a destructive device, explosive, or bacteriological or biological weapon with the knowledge or intent that it shall be used to kill or injure an individual or to destroy a public building. A person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall be guilty of a Class A felony. (a) Whenever, on the basis of any information, the department determines that any person is in violation of any requirement of this chapter, any rule or regulation promulgated by the department or any permit issued under authority granted by this chapter, the department may issue an order requiring compliance immediately or within a specified time period, and, in cases where an imminent threat to human health or the environment is demonstrated, suspend operations causing such threat until the department determines that adequate steps are being taken to correct such violations. (a) Fingerprints of a child who has been charged with a delinquent act shall be taken by the law enforcement agency taking the child into custody.
