Section 45-41-141 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this part, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise, shall be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AMENDMENT 392. That certain amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, proposed by Act 80-313 enacted at the 1980 Regular Session of the Legislature. (2) AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT. Section 16-1-24 Reporting of property damage and physical assaults on students and school personnel; legislative intent; penalties. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words and phrases shall have the following respective meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) INCIDENT. The Legislature makes all of the following findings: (1) Pain receptors (nociceptors) are present throughout the unborn child's entire body by no later than 16 weeks after fertilization and nerves link these receptors to the brain's thalamus and subcortical plate by no later than 20 weeks. Section 45-13-245 Levy and collection of tax; disposition of funds. Section 22-30D-4 Election of coverage; administration of chapter; rules and regulations.
