Section 33-2-150 Definitions. The words and phrases hereinafter set forth, wherever used in this article, shall have the respective meanings hereinafter ascribed to them: (1) 1969 DOCKS AMENDMENT. Amendment 288 of the Constitution of Alabama. (2) 1967 DOCKS AMENDMENT. Amendment 274 of the Constitution of Alabama. (3) 1957 DOCKS AMENDMENT. Amendment 116 of the Constitution of Alabama. Section 40-29-23.1 Development and operation of financial institution data match program. (a) For purposes of this section the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACCOUNT. A demand deposit account, checking account, negotiable withdrawal order account, savings account, time deposit account, or money-market mutual fund account. (2) ACCOUNT HOLDER.
