Section 45-49-120.04 Supervisory committee. (a) There is hereby established the Supervisory
Committee of the Mobile County Personnel Board. The supervisory committee hereby created shall
succeed to and exercise all the rights, powers, and authority, and shall perform all the duties
and functions now vested in and required of the Citizen's Supervisory Committee created by
Act 470, 1939 Regular Session (Acts 1939, p. 298) and the Supervisory Committee of the Mobile
County Personnel Board created by Act 167, 1955 Regular Session (Acts 1955, p. 431). (b) The

Section 45-49-150.07 Bingo games - Fees. (a) All bingo permit fees collected by the sheriff
under this part shall be paid into the Mobile County General Fund. (b)(1) An entertainment
fee of fifty cents ($0.50) shall be paid by each bingo permit holder for each bingo player
at each session of bingo held. (2) Sequentially numbered duplicate receipts on forms approved
by the sheriff shall be issued to each bingo player by the bingo permit holder at each session

Section 45-49-111.01 Compensation. (a) In Mobile County, the compensation of the election officers
holding general, special, primary, and municipal elections shall be two hundred dollars ($200)
per day for inspectors, one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per day for chief clerks,

Section 45-49-22.02 Notice; qualified voters; conduct of elections. The Mobile County Commission
shall cause notice of any election held pursuant to this subpart to be given to the voters
of Mobile County by causing a written notice to be published in a newspaper having general
circulation in the county at least 30 days before the election. The notice shall state that
the election is being called pursuant to, and shall be conducted in accordance with, this

salary paid to the Circuit Clerk of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall
