Section 45-49-110.03 Extension of meeting days authorized. (a) The County Commission of Mobile County is hereby authorized to extend, by resolution duly adopted and spread upon its minutes, the meeting days of the county board of registrars during the months of May, June, and July. The tax proceeds distributed to Mobile County pursuant to Article 10, commencing with Section 28-3-280, of Chapter 3, Title 28, shall be transferred by the county treasurer to the Mobile County Youth Athletic Board to be deposited as provided in Section 45-49-31.02. Section 11-18-3 Board of trustees; trust fund; contributions by county, state, etc. The county commission is authorized, with the approval of the Governor, to appoint a board of three trustees for the acquisition and maintenance of said lands and property.
