Section 19-3D-2 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter the following terms have the following meanings: (1) APPOINTIVE PROPERTY. The property or property interest subject to a power of appointment. (2) ASCERTAINABLE STANDARD. A standard relating to an individual's health, education, support, or maintenance within the meaning of 26 U.S.C. Section 2041(b)(1)(A), as amended, or 26 U.S.C. Section 2514(c)(1), as amended, and any applicable regulations. (3) AUTHORIZED FIDUCIARY. (A) A trustee or other fiduciary, other than a settlor, that has the discretion to distribute or direct a trustee to distribute part or all of the principal of the first trust to one or more current beneficiaries; (B) a special fiduciary appointed under Section 19-3D-9; or (C) a special-needs fiduciary under Section 19-3D-13. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. Section 45-37-150.05 Bingo games - Special permit. a) Upon special application submitted by a qualified organization licensed pursuant to Section 45-37-150.03 and upon the applicant's payment of a fee of fifty dollars ($50) to the sheriff, the sheriff may issue a special permit for conducting bingo at locations and on days other than those set forth in its annual permit. Section 45-49-150.13 Effect of revocation. (a) A bingo permit holder whose bingo permit is revoked in consequence of a violation of this part or rule promulgated under this part is ineligible to apply for a bingo permit for a period of 12 months after the date of the revocation. (b) A person convicted of an offense under Section 45-49-150.14 or any other gambling offense is ineligible to serve as an officer in any organization having a bingo permit or be a bingo permit holder or to participate in conducting bingo for a period of 12 months after the conviction becomes final. Section 45-49-150.07 Bingo games - Fees. (a) All bingo permit fees collected by the sheriff under this part shall be paid into the Mobile County General Fund. (b)(1) An entertainment fee of fifty cents ($0.50) shall be paid by each bingo permit holder for each bingo player at each session of bingo held. (2) Sequentially numbered duplicate receipts on forms approved by the sheriff shall be issued to each bingo player by the bingo permit holder at each session of bingo as proof of payment of the entertainment fee by the bingo permit holder.
