Section 45-44-170.05 Enforcement; fines. (a) The operation of an unlicensed junkyard that is required to be licensed pursuant to this section constitutes a public nuisance. (a) In Cherokee County, any person or entity engaged in construction, excavation, or similar activity resulting in the cutting across or going under a county road or county right-of-way shall obtain a permit from the county commission.
