Section 45-17-20 Rules and regulations; violations. (a) The Legislature finds that the authority of the Legislature to enact local laws regulating the liquor traffic is preserved in Section 104 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, and pursuant to this authority the Legislature enacts this local law. (b) Each local governmental entity in Colbert County, whether it be a municipal governing body or the county commission, may promulgate and implement rules and regulations for controlling the liquor traffic within the jurisdiction of the local governmental entity by allowing or prohibiting nudity, topless dancing, or any other type of similar live entertainment on the premises of a business which serves or sells alcoholic beverages or allows the public to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender. Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure, etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application.
