Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. A person licensed to practice dentistry in this state or an entity which is approved as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which employs dentists licensed in the state to operate a mobile dental facility or portable dental operation. Section 36-27C-7 Contributions. (a)(1) By September 1 of each year, the board, based on the funds appropriated by the Legislature for employer contributions to defined contribution savings plans for the ensuing fiscal year and the number of participants, shall determine the maximum amount of employer match contribution available for each participant. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to require the Legislature to appropriate an employer match or any other monies to the Employee Savings Plan. (2) The employer match contribution as established in subdivision (1) shall be available to each participant in the plan and funded into the 401 plan established by the board for the participant. (a)(1) Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley Authority to the state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner: (1) Up to one percent of such payments each year shall be used to establish, equip, and maintain a legislative delegation office. (b) As used in this section, state sales and use tax means the tax imposed by the state sales and use tax statutes, including, but not limited to, Sections 40-23-1, 40-23-2, 40-23-3, 40-23-4, 40-23-60, 40-23-61, 40-23-62, and 40-23-63.
