Section 16-1-18.1 Accumulation of sick leave. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person employed full time as provided by law by those employers enumerated in this section; and adult bus drivers. (2) EMPLOYER. Section 34-2-41 Fund of the Board for the Registration of Architects; compensation of members; expenses; bond. The executive director of the board shall receive and account for all moneys derived from the operation of this chapter. Such moneys shall be certified into the treasury in a fund to be known as the Fund of the Board for the Registration of Architects.
