Section 45-2A-80.01 Acquisition and administration of cable television system. In addition
to all other powers, rights, and authority heretofore granted by law: (1) Such municipal corporation
is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire, purchase, construct, lease, operate, maintain,
enlarge, extend, and improve a cable television system which may be defined, without limiting
the generality, as a facility that in whole or in part, receives directly, or indirectly,

Section 11-60-11 Bonds - Security for payment of principal or interest; remedies upon default.
The principal of and interest on any bonds issued by the corporation shall be secured by a
pledge of the revenues and receipts out of which the same shall be made payable and may be
