Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. (a) The corporation shall have the power to borrow money and to issue revenue bonds as evidence of any money borrowed, which bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the activities and enterprises in which the corporation is hereby authorized to engage. (a) A recording fee of two dollars ($2) shall be collected by the judge of probate for each real property instrument and each personal property instrument filed for record in the office of the judge of probate.
