Section 45-41-243.20 Registration fees. (a) This section shall apply only to Lee County. (b)
Every person, firm, or corporation who owns, maintains, or keeps in Lee County a mobile home,
except a mobile home which constitutes a part of his or her stock as a dealer and except a

Section 32-6-480 Issuance of distinctive license tags and plates. (a) An active or inactive
member of the Alabama State Defense Force who is the owner of a motor vehicle and a resident
of the state may be issued a distinctive Alabama State Defense Force license tag or plate.
The distinctive plates or tags shall be designed by the Department of Revenue with the advice
of the Commander of the Alabama State Defense Force. Applicants for the distinctive plates
shall present to the judge of probate or license commissioner proof of active or inactive

Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have

for the issuance of an annual identification marker for every Alabama IFTA-based carriers'
qualified vehicles and the qualified vehicles from non-IFTA-member jurisdictions, as defined

Section 45-15-82.05 Vehicle information required for assessment. Before any vehicle can be
assessed, the judge of probate shall be furnished the tag number presently on the vehicle
unless such vehicle is new, in which case the judge of probate shall be furnished a bona fide
bill of sale from the dealer showing when the vehicle was bought new. In the case of a used
car brought into the state from a state which provides that upon sale or transfer of the motor
vehicle the tags are either surrendered to an appropriate authority or subsequently reissued
