Section 33-4-5 Chair; acting chair. The commissioners shall elect a chair to preside at its
meetings who may not be the bar pilot commission member. It shall be the further duty of the
chair to supervise the official conduct of all the officers and employees of the commission.
The chair may administer official oaths to the officers and employees of the commission, except
the other commissioners, and to all other persons in relation to the business of the commission.
