Section 45-48-70.21 Competitive bid procedures. The commission shall comply with the state bid law applying to county governing bodies and any other sections of this subpart applying to competitive bid procedures and in addition, the commission shall furnish to a newspaper published in Marshall County, to be published therein as a legal advertisement paid for at the usual rate by the county, a notice or advertisement stating that sealed bids will be received on a specified date at the office of the commission for the article or articles or services described in the order of the commission. The notice shall also state that complete specifications and description of the article or articles or service or services to be purchased are available at the office of the commission or on the bulletin board outside the commissioners' office.
