Section 45-48-70.13 Equipment marking designated. It shall be the duty of the commission to
provide for the marking in the manner hereinafter prescribed of all vehicles, except those
vehicles furnished for use by each member of the commission as provided in Section 45-48-70.11,
and all road-building machinery and equipment owned or leased by Marshall County. All such
vehicles owned by the county shall be plainly marked in letters not less than three inches
high as follows: PROPERTY OF MARSHALL COUNTY-DISTRICT 1, 2, 3, or 4 as the case may be. All
such vehicles held by the county under a lease-sale contract or a contract for the rental

Section 45-4-111 Electronic voting system authorized; requirements for use. (a) As used in
this section: (1) "Automatic tabulating equipment" shall mean apparatus which automatically
examines and counts votes recorded on paper ballots or ballot cards and tabulates the results.

of Marshall County a license division which shall issue all motor vehicles licenses and titles.

Section 9-3-17 Certification as volunteer fire department. (a) The term volunteer fire department
shall apply to and be used to define an organized group of area residents who meet the following
requirements for personnel, training, and equipment: (1) The group shall be organized and
