Section 35-8B-3 Sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within district. (a) If a majority
of the board of control of a community development district formed under Section 35-8B-1(a),
(b), or (d) consents to and approves the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within
the district, it shall be lawful to sell and distribute alcoholic beverages in the community
development district in the following manner and subject to the following terms, definitions,
and conditions: (1) Upon being licensed by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, alcoholic
beverages may be sold by the club of the district to members and their guests for on-premises
consumption only. The club shall be licensed to sell alcoholic beverages to its members and
their guests as a club liquor retail licensee by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board,
upon the club's compliance with the provisions of the alcoholic beverage licensing code and

Section 45-11-140 Forest fire protection. (a) The County Commission of Chilton County is authorized,
when the need exists, to provide protection against forest fires in Chilton County by participating
in the Alabama Forestry Commission's fire protection program in the manner hereinafter specified.
(b)(1) After the Chilton County Commission has determined that such a need does exist in Chilton
County, the county commission may, in the manner hereinafter specified, provide for a financial
charge or tax to be paid by the owners of forest lands located in Chilton County for the use
of the land for timber growing purposes amounting to the whole or any part of the cost of
such fire protection program, but not in excess of ten cents ($.10) per acre, provided such

Section 9-16-128 Landowners' actions; review by director; prior right of purchase; review by
court. (a) Any landowner adversely affected by the action of the director under Section 9-16-127
of this article may institute proceedings to have the action reviewed in the circuit court
in the county where the property or a part thereof affected by the action is located, provided
