Section 45-49-261.10 Appeal to circuit court. Any party aggrieved by a final judgment or decision
of the board of adjustment, within 15 days thereafter, may appeal therefrom to the Circuit

Section 34-29-83 Appeal of disciplinary action; stay of revocation. A person disciplined pursuant
to this article may appeal to the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, notwithstanding the
provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. To do so, he or she shall file a petition

either in denying an application for license as a general contractor or in revoking a license,
