Section 45-11-231.05 Merit system board - Meetings. (a) The board shall fix the times for its
regular meetings and it may hold special, adjourned, or called meetings at any time. A majority
of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. All
meetings of the board shall be held in the Chilton County Courthouse. The board may prescribe
rules governing its procedure provided the rules are not inconsistent with this subpart. (b)
