Section 45-8-60.01 Salary and expense allowance; assistant coroners. (a) This section shall apply only to Calhoun County. (b)(1) After May 6, 2009, the coroner shall continue to receive the salary and expense allowances the coroner is receiving on May 6, 2009, subject to any adjustments as further provided herein.
