Section 45-39A-12.01 Board of Education - Districts. A member shall reside in the district
which the member represents during the entire term of office. If a member leaves the district
he or she represents, that position on the board shall be considered vacant and shall be filled

Section 11-89-5 Authorization and procedure for amendment of certificate of incorporation.
(a) The certificate of incorporation of any district incorporated under the provisions of
this chapter may at any time and from time to time be amended in the manner provided in this

Section 17-6-2 Establishment of precincts; boundaries; precinct map; reapportionment coordination.
(a) The governing body of each county shall establish precincts, define the territorial limits
for which each precinct is established, prescribe their boundaries using the most recent federal
decennial census tract and block map, and designate the precincts. The governing body of each

Section 11-23-3 Public hearing required; resolution of designation by county commission; filing
of maps, etc. Before any designation is made of an industrial park or any change is made of
the boundaries of an existing one, the county commission shall hold not less than one public
hearing thereon. The county commission shall give notice of the purpose, time and place of

tax district" located in Baldwin County, to include all areas within the following boundaries:
(1) All areas within the corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama. (2) All unincorporated
