county or governing body of any municipality in this state or any other public or private

policy established by the Coffee County Commission, within the law of the State of Alabama,

Section 45-47-71.01 Disposal of property under control of county commission. (a) All sales
or disposal of real property, tangible personal property, equipment, or other items
owned by or under the control of the county commission shall be made by free and open competitive
sealed bids or at public auction, except that all sales or exchanges of real property, equipment,
and personal property with another municipal or other governmental entity located within
Marion County may be made without the necessity of public auction or competitive sealed bids.
(b) Every proposal to make a sale covered by this section shall be publicly advertised at

Section 45-49-151.40 Limitations on construction or operation of racetrack in county. (a) The
Mobile County Commission shall not license the construction or operation of any racetrack,
for any purpose, in an area of the county that has five or more residences within 1,000 yards
of the location for the racetrack. (b) No person shall construct or operate a racetrack, for
any purpose, in any area of the county within 1,000 yards of the location of the residence.
Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a public nuisance. (c)(1) This section

Section 45-8-72 Subdivision streets and roads; minimum standards. (a) This section shall apply
only to Calhoun County. (b) There is hereby created a cause of action against subdividers
of land who fail to construct roads and streets within their subdivisions in conformity with

of Revenue, shall be distributed to the Clay County General Fund to be expended as follows:
(1) Thirty-two percent to the Alabama Forestry Commission to be utilized for fire protection

Section 45-49-71.02 Landfill projects and dirt pits. (a) Whenever the Mobile County Commission
deems it to be in the public interest to approve a landfill project to be established anywhere
in the county, it shall call for a public hearing on such landfill project to be held at least
30 days prior to approving the project. The public hearing shall be attended by members of
the county commission and at least two representatives of the business entity that is to serve

Section 45-5-243 Power to levy; disposition of proceeds. (a) Subject to any limitation of the
Constitution of Alabama of 1901, or of any general law of this state, the Blount County Commission
shall have the power to levy and provide for the collection of additional privilege license
