Section 4-3-40 Definitions. When used in this article, unless the context plainly indicates otherwise, the present tense shall include the future tense, the singular shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular and the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) AIRCRAFT. (a) The Inland Waterways and Intermodal Infrastructure Fund is created in ADECA to finance infrastructure improvements related to inland waterway and intermodal development projects, any national water recreation trail in Alabama which is designated by the National Park Service, and other projects as may be authorized by law for multi-modal transportation development. Section 22-23A-11 Establishment of dedicated source of revenue by community water system for funding of loan by authority; powers of water system; default; repayment guidelines; project accounts.
