Section 45-47-230.01 Pay increases. (a) In Marion County, all employees of the sheriff's office shall receive pay increases at the same time and in the same percentages as pay increases that are granted to state Merit System employees by the Legislature. Provided, however, that the compensation of the employees shall never be reduced by this section or any interpretation thereof.
