Section 45-46-70.05 President of board. The president of the board of revenue shall be its presiding officer, and shall sign the minutes of the proceedings of the board of revenue, and shall be a member thereof and shall have the same rights, privileges, powers, and authority, and perform the same duties as the other members thereof, and shall sign all warrants drawn on the county treasury, and all orders for the payment or disbursement of money or funds of the county, and shall sign all contracts entered into by the Board of Revenue of Marengo County.
