(b) The Hale County Sheriff Service of Process Serving Fund is created and hereinafter referred to as the fund. After a matter has been transferred to the district attorney under Section 45-20-82.63, a court shall assess a collection fee of 30 percent of the funds due which shall be added to the amount of funds due. (a) In DeKalb County, the fee for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol concealed on or about the person or in a vehicle, as provided by Section 13-11-75, shall be fifteen dollars ($15), which shall be collected by the sheriff of the county.
