Section 45-37A-240.26 Program requirements. (a) Following the decision of the city prosecutor
to recommend the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior to entry, the city
prosecutor and the offender shall enter into a written agreement stating the conditions of
the participation of the offender in the program. The agreement shall include, but not be

Section 45-31-84.01 Definitions. For the purposes of this part, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) APPLICATION FEE. A one-time administrative fee imposed by the
municipality as a condition precedent to participating in a pretrial diversion program. (2)
CITY ATTORNEY. The city attorney of the municipality or any legal staff employed by the city

Section 22-32-5 Radiation Safety Fund; licensing and inspection fees; bond of contractor-leasor;
perpetual care fund; operating fund; compact commission fund; royalty fees; appropriation.
(a) There is hereby created a Radiation Safety Fund into which the State Treasurer shall deposit
the licensing, application, and inspection fee of the Radiation Control Agency. The Radiation
Control Agency is authorized to collect for deposit into the Radiation Safety Fund application,

to all other costs, fees, and charges assessed pursuant to current applicable law in the Probate
Court of Calhoun County, a fee of thirty dollars ($30) shall be charged and collected for
