Section 33-1-8 Board of directors. (a)(1) The port authority shall be governed by a board of
directors, consisting of eight appointed members and one ex officio member. a. The Governor
shall appoint eight members subject to confirmation by the Senate as follows: b. Two members
from the southern region of this state consisting of the following counties: Baldwin, Choctaw,
Clarke, Conecuh, Dallas, Escambia, Hale, Marengo, Mobile, Monroe, Perry, Washington, and Wilcox.

Section 45-44-84 Salary. (a) If the incumbent Judge of Probate of Macon County on August 1,
2009, is reelected for a fourth term of office, commencing upon the fourth term of office,
the annual compensation paid to the Judge of Probate of Macon County shall be equal to 90
percent of the annual salary paid by the state to the state district court judge in Macon

Section 45-27-83 Compensation; clerks; reimbursement for expenses. (a) The Judge of Probate
of Escambia County shall be compensated on a salary basis which shall be in lieu of all fees
and commissions heretofore paid as compensation to such judge. The amount of such salary shall

Section 45-26-81.01 Base annual salary; salary increases. (a) Effective on July 1, 2020, the
base annual salary of the Judge of Probate of Elmore County shall be ninety-eight thousand
dollars ($98,000) per year, payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of
